Expedition and Impact Campaigns Intern

The Florida Wildlife Corridor is a statewide network of connected lands and waters that supports wildlife and people. Nearly half of the 18-million-acre corridor is still in need of permanent protection. Using a science-based approach, on-the-ground knowledge of the Corridor, and the support of tens-of-thousands of followers throughout the state and nation, the Florida Wildlife Corridor Foundation works to identify and elevate the most pressing threats and opportunities facing the Corridor. We cultivate awareness and action through film, photography, painting, drawing, mapping, storytelling, and expeditions.

Interns will learn about and support activities that accelerate Corridor conservation within urgent and vulnerable focus areas. Interns have the opportunity to learn more about state policies affecting the Corridor and the current issues that impede progress. They will gain experience working with local organizations, conservation and political leaders through our mural campaign, film screenings, traveling exhibits and installation, and community events.
