Marketing Intern

Marketing Intern (Paid | 60 Days | Salem, OR)
Join us as a Marketing Intern and gain hands-on experience in property, social media, and digital marketing while working directly with our Marketing Director. This 60-day internship is paid ($20–$22/hr), 25–40 hrs/week, and eligible for class credit.

The Clutch family of companies oversees a diverse real estate portfolio that includes residential apartments, commercial spaces, warehouses, and lifestyle destinations, including The Forge in downtown Salem.

What You’ll Do

As an assistant, you’ll support the Marketing Director in day-to-day operations and gain exposure to multiple areas of marketing. Your tasks may include:

  • Marketing our real estate holdings and projects
  • Assist with creating and updating Facebook Marketplace listings for properties
  • Help manage Meta ads for residential and commercial spaces
  • Support Google Places updates and listings
  • Assist in pre-qualifying tenant leads and inquiries

Social Media Content & Strategy

  • Assist with creating graphics and visual content using Canva or similar tools
  • Contribute to engaging, branded posts across multiple platforms

Web & Content Support

  • Coordinate with our web developer for content updates
  • Collect, prepare, and upload photos or videos for websites
  • Ensure content is properly formatted and delivered on time

CRM & Go High Level

  • Assist in maintaining accurate data in Go High Level CRM
  • Help create and manage automation workflows for tenant leads and marketing campaigns
  • Support integration tasks that connect property management platforms, email, and social channels into the CRM system
  • Learn how CRM strategies support leasing, tenant engagement, and marketing efficiency

Team & Admin Support

  • Assist in coordinating marketing projects between team members
  • Provide general support to ensure marketing goals are met

Sisters Senior Living Marketing

  • Assist with Meta ad campaigns and Marketplace listings
  • Monitor inquiries and route them appropriately
  • Provide content for their website and campaigns as needed

Who We’re Looking For

  • A current student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, or related fields
  • Someone eager to learn while working directly with our Marketing Director
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a creative eye for content
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Experience with CRM systems, GHL, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Suite, or Mailchimp is a plus, but not required
