
Product Information Coordinator
Job Description:
Tacoma Screw Products is a distribution company that has been supplying industrial supplies, fasteners, and tools to contractors, businesses-both small and large-and individual retail customers since 1946.

We are seeking a highly organized Product Information Coordinator to support the accuracy and consistency of our product data. In this role, you’ll focus on entering, updating, and maintaining product details within our Product Information Management (PIM) system. Your work will help ensure that customers, team members, and partners can quickly find the correct product information across both digital and print platforms. Key responsibilities:
This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-focused, and eager to grow their skills in product data management. Training will be provided, and as you gain experience, you’ll have opportunities to expand your responsibilities within the PIM system.
- Product Data Entry & Maintenance - Enter, update, and maintain product details (descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images) in the PIM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Content Accuracy & Compliance - Audit and correct product content to ensure it is complete, clear, aligned with brand standards, SEO best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Content Lifecycle Management - Support the setup of new products, coordinate updates, and assist with end-of-life product removal.
- Collaboration & Support - Work with internal teams and external partners to gather product information and assets and provide basic support for visual content needs (e.g., photos, videos).
- Process & Workflow Support - Assist with product content workflows and contribute to process improvements within the PIM system.
Experience and Skills:

Education & Experience
- Highschool/GED Required
- Experience managing product data, digital content, or working with a PIM system (experience with e-commerce, wholesale distribution, or manufacturing a plus).
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with Product Information Management (PIM) systems, ERP platforms, or content management tools.
- Strong Excel/data management skills; ability to manipulate and analyze large product datasets.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they apply to product content.
- Familiarity with digital asset management, photography, or video coordination is a plus.

Job Benefits:
Compensation & Schedule:
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week, in-person.
- Pay Range: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
- Annual Bonus: Discretionary year-end bonus
