Marketing Specialist - The Qoup

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to support the ongoing growth of The Qoup. This role is ideal for a strategic, creative marketer who thrives in digital environments and has a proven track record of building awareness, acquiring users, and strengthening community engagement. You will help shape how our platform is positioned across multiple audiences and be instrumental in our growth trajectory.

About The Qoup
The Qoup is an emerging professional networking platform developed by the owner of Different Like Me, a mental health counseling company. Qoup is designed to connect mental health professionals, allied professionals, and the public. Our platform fosters referrals, collaboration, case consultation, education, and community growth.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to grow brand recognition and user acquisition.

Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and email.

Create and oversee engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and social media.

Build brand positioning and messaging tailored to different audiences (mental health professionals, allied professionals, and the public).

Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools to segment, nurture, and convert leads.

Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to provide actionable insights.

Collaborate with leadership on partnerships, events, and promotional opportunities.

Qualifications

Experience in marketing, preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or professional networking industries.

Strong background in digital advertising, social media strategy, and content marketing.

Proficiency with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads).

Excellent communication, writing, and creative problem-solving skills.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to track ROI and optimize campaigns.

Self-starter comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
