Videography Intern (Paid, Full-Time or Part-Time)

We are a dynamic, fast-paced property management company with a strong focus on creating engaging experiences for our residents and showcasing our communities through storytelling. As our Director of Marketing leads brand strategy, we’re looking for a talented and motivated Videography Intern to bring fresh ideas, creativity, and execution to our marketing efforts.
What You’ll Do
- Film a wide variety of content including property tours, resident events, social media reels, corporate videos, and training content.
- Manage end-to-end production: filming, editing, post-production, and delivery of high-quality video content.
- Handle equipment setup and bring your own filming gear.
- Collaborate directly with the Director of Marketing to align on goals, while also contributing your own creative ideas and strategies.
- Develop engaging, on-brand video content tailored for digital platforms, social media, and internal use.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven videography skills with a portfolio or demo reel to showcase your work.
- Proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
- Strong creative instincts — able to pitch ideas and bring concepts to life.
- A self-starter who thrives on independence, is hungry to learn, and ready to take ownership of projects.
- Reliable personal video equipment (camera, audio, lighting, etc.).
- Ability to travel between our apartment communities as needed (mileage reimbursement available).
- Reliable transportation is a must as you will be traveling to/from our apartment communities in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
