Summer Analyst

Note: This position is based in West Palm Beach, Florida. Applicants must either reside in the area or be willing to temporarily relocate. Candidates will not be considered for other HighBrook office locations.

Position Overview: Summer Analyst, U.S. Investments

HighBrook is seeking a highly motivated Summer Analyst to join its U.S. investment team in West Palm Beach. The new team member will gain exposure to the full investment lifecycle including acquisitions, development, asset management, portfolio strategy and dispositions.

 

Current strategic areas of focus include data centers, build-to-rent housing, and special situations, particularly in the Southeast U.S. The role supports deployment from HighBrook’s dedicated U.S. data center fund and its U.S. opportunity fund.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial analysis and underwriting of prospective investment opportunities
  • Assist with acquisition execution, including due diligence and investment committee presentations
  • Provide asset management support including budgeting, leasing analyses, valuation modeling, and performance tracking
  • Support the preparation of investor reports, annual business plans, and fundraising materials
  • Assist in portfolio-level cash flow planning and risk analysis
  • Contribute to disposition planning and execution efforts

 

Qualifications

  • Current undergraduate junior (Class of 2027) or sophomore (Class of 2028) pursuing a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with a major in finance, real estate, accounting, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel capabilities
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple deliverables
  • Must be based in or willing to temporarily relocate to West Palm Beach, Florida
  • This is a full-time, in-office position during the internship period
