About the Role

The Director of Clinical Services is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all clinical operations across Premier Health Group’s pediatric and adult home care programs. This role ensures compliance with DC Department of Health and Medicare/Medicaid standards, drives quality improvement, and integrates data and technology into care delivery. The Director of Clinical Services works closely with administrators, staff, and leadership to ensure that every patient receives safe, effective, and innovative care.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Clinical Leadership & Oversight

  • Provide leadership and direction for nursing and clinical teams across pediatric and adult programs
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care policies, procedures, and clinical protocols
  • Ensure high standards of care in compliance with DC Department of Health and federal regulations

Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Maintain agency compliance with licensure, accreditation, and audit requirements
  • Oversee quality assurance programs, including monitoring of key performance indicators
  • Lead preparation and response for inspections, surveys, and audits

Data & Technology Integration

  • Use data analytics to evaluate clinical outcomes, track quality indicators, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Integrate digital health and AI-enabled solutions into clinical workflows
  • Collaborate with data and tech teams to optimize electronic health records (EHR) usage

Staff Development & Supervision

  • Recruit, train, and mentor clinical staff to build a high-performing team
  • Provide ongoing professional development and performance evaluations
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation in care delivery

Strategic Planning & Growth

  • Contribute to organizational strategy for expanding pediatric and adult programs in DC and globally.
  • Collaborate with leadership on program development and international healthcare initiatives
  • Represent Premier Health Group in community partnerships, professional forums, and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Doctorate preferred)
  • Current RN license in the District of Columbia required
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive clinical leadership experience, ideally in home health or community-based care
  • Strong knowledge of DC Department of Health and Medicare/Medicaid regulations
  • Demonstrated expertise in quality improvement and compliance
  • Tech-savvy leader with experience in EHRs, data analysis, and digital health tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
