Administrator – Adult Home Care

About the Role
Premier Health Group is seeking an Administrator for its adult home healthcare division to lead our adult-focused home health operations in Washington, DC. This is a leadership role requiring both healthcare expertise and a strong foundation in data and technology. The Administrator ensures compliance, manages staff and operations, and advances the integration of AI and digital health tools in adult home care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regulatory Compliance & Quality Oversight
    • Ensure operations comply with DC Department of Health regulations and Medicare/Medicaid standards.
    • Maintain records, licensure, audits, and quality assurance programs.
    • Implement continuous monitoring and improvement of adult home health services
  • Clinical & Care Management
    • Supervise and support nursing and direct care staff for adult clients
    • Oversee the development and execution of patient care policies and procedures
    • Ensure timely, coordinated care across interdisciplinary teams
  • Operational & Business Management
    • Direct day-to-day operations, including scheduling, staffing, and performance monitoring
    • Manage financial operations such as budgeting, billing, and reporting
    • Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, hospitals, and community resources
  • Technology & Data Integration
    • Use data analytics to track performance metrics, client outcomes, and operational efficiency
    • Enhance service delivery through electronic health records (EHR) and digital platforms
    • Integrate AI-driven solutions to improve scheduling, intake, and reporting
  • Human Resources & Leadership
    • Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to maintain high standards of care
    • Mentor and develop employees to support career advancement
    • Create a positive, innovative, and mission-driven workplace culture
  • Strategic Growth
    • Identify opportunities for service expansion and innovation in adult home care
    • Represent Premier Health Group at events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 3-5 years of supervisory or administrative experience in healthcare or homecare preferred
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and quality management standards
  • Tech-savvy with strong skills in healthcare data analytics and digital health tools
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
