HR Data Analyst Intern
This internship begins June 1st, 2026 and ends August 21st, 2026
Location – This is a hybrid role, which means that you will have the flexibility to work both onsite and at a distance. You will collaborate onsite at our Cashton, WI office for 3-5 days per week, and the rest of the time you can choose to work remotely or onsite.

Summary of Role
The HR Data Intern supports data-driven decision-making within the Human Resources department by assisting with the collection, organization, and analysis of HR-related data. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR analytics, helping to optimize processes, support strategic initiatives, and enhance employee engagement. The intern will gain exposure to various HR functions while contributing to a high-performing, people-focused cooperative.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and organizing HR data from systems such as HRIS, employee surveys, and budget reports.
- Support the creation of reports and visualizations to communicate findings to HR leadership.
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for process and policy improvements based on data.
- Collaborate with HR teams to support data-informed decision-making.
- Ensure data handling practices align with labor laws and internal compliance standards.
- Learn and apply data tools (e.g., Excel) to manage and interpret HR data.
- Participate in data cleaning and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Help maintain dashboards and reporting tools used by HR stakeholders.
- Work with HR team members to understand data needs and assist in developing customized reports.
- Monitor data for inconsistencies and assist in resolving quality issues.

- Participate in cross-functional projects that require HR data support
- Stay current on HR analytics trends and best practices

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Interest in data analysis and problem-solving, with a willingness to learn from complex data sets.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate clearly and present data in a user-friendly format.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Collaborative mindset and effective interpersonal skills.
Base hourly wage: $18.00/hr

-Program concludes after 12 weeks (first week of June start date)
