ITLE: Part-Time Marketing Intern

SUPERVISOR: Business Operations Coordinator

HOURLY: $15 - $20 hourly

DURATION: Fall 2025 Semester (with potential to extend)

 

ABOUT US

This internship supports two growing, locally owned businesses based in Jackson, WI:

  • Lake States Vending (LSV) is a leading provider in the bar, sports, gaming, and entertainment industries. We serve over 200 Wisconsin businesses with a range of products, including amusement devices, pull tab machines, pool tables, dart boards, jukeboxes, leagues, and more. Quality service and equipment are our top priorities.

     
  • True Solutions Tech Partners (TSTP) delivers professional, customized audiovisual and security solutions. We focus on training, development, and customer service to ensure our team provides reliable and high-standard results.

You’ll gain hands-on marketing experience while supporting both brands’ digital presence, design, and outreach efforts.

 

ABOUT THE POSITION

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented intern to assist us in building and maintaining a robust digital presence. You’ll assist with website updates, social media, promotional content, and marketing campaigns for both companies. You’ll have the freedom to try new ideas and the support to learn and grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

  • Updating website content
  • Assisting with SEO and basic site structure improvements
  • Designing and scheduling social media content
  • Helping create marketing materials (flyers, email templates, digital ads)
  • Tracking and reporting on marketing performance
  • Collaborating on brand identity and voice across platforms

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related program
  • Strong writing and content creation skills
  • Familiar with basic marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, WordPress, Instagram, Mailchimp)
  • Self-starter who’s organized, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Bonus: Any web, design, or photo/video editing experience

FLEXIBILITY & CREDIT:

We’re happy to work with your school’s internship requirements — whether that includes credit approval, hour minimums, or academic check-ins. We’ll also accommodate your class schedule and workload throughout the semester.
