- 为团队的成果和产品打造全平台的包装与传播方案，将复杂的AI概念通过设计语言，清晰、有力地传递给用户和行业。
- 持续追踪全球AI领域的最新产品与设计趋势，敢于在工作中大胆尝试、突破常规，用创造力为团队带来启发性的作品。
我们期望你：
- 精通 Figma / Sketch 等主流设计工具，能快速、精准地产出逻辑清晰、细节精致的高保真原型及交互稿。
- 熟练运用 Adobe Creative Suite （Photoshop， Illustrator， After Effects等），具备出色的视觉表达、图形设计和动画制作能力，能为产品注入独特的视觉风格。
- 具备一定的动效设计能力（如使用 After Effects），能提升产品交互的生动性者优先。
- 能清晰、准确地呈现设计方案，并与产品经理、研发工程师等团队成员进行有效沟通。

Product Designer
Job Description:
As a core design force within our team, you will focus on translating early-stage concepts and requirements into tangible, high-quality product design outcomes, defining the human-computer interaction experience for the AI era.
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end UI, UX, and visual design process for core products, strictly adhering to product definitions and requirements, while ensuring the accuracy and feasibility of design deliverables.
- Optimize design requirements and specifications with a pixel-perfect attention to detail, guaranteeing high-fidelity implementation and engineering feasibility to enable efficient use of design resources and smooth team collaboration.
- Develop comprehensive packaging and communication strategies for the team's achievements and products, translating complex AI concepts into clear and powerful messages for users and the industry through design language.
- Continuously track the latest global product and design trends in the AI field, demonstrating a willingness to experiment boldly and break conventions in your work, using creativity to deliver inspiring results for the team.
We Expect You To Have:
- Proficiency in mainstream design tools like Figma/Sketch, with the ability to rapidly and accurately produce logical, clear, and meticulously detailed high-fidelity prototypes and interaction specs.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.), possessing excellent visual expression, graphic design, and motion design skills to inject a unique visual style into our products.
- Experience with motion design (e.g., using After Effects) to enhance interactivity is a strong plus.
- The ability to present design proposals clearly and precisely, and to communicate effectively with team members such as product managers and engineers.
