Account Management Intern

Internship Focus Areas

1. Chat Bot Development and Testing

  • Collaborate with internal teams to test and refine chatbot solutions that improve dealer engagement and support workflows.

2. Dealer Insights and Analytics

  • Analyze dealer buying trends and identify gaps in purchasing behavior.
  • Translate findings into actionable insights to enhance engagement strategies and sales performance.

3. Sales Enablement Support

  • Assist in developing targeted outreach strategies and materials for OEMs and dealers.
  • Contribute to revenue optimization initiatives and support the sales team.

4. Report and Data Visualization

  • Create and maintain reports on supply and demand opportunities, including backorder trends, inventory levels, and part lifecycle metrics.
  • Use tools like PowerBI to visualize data and support decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program (Business or Marketing).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.

Preferred:

  • Previous internship or coursework in business operations or marketing.
