Summer Intern – Learning Management

Overview

The Insmed Summer Internship Program gives students an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a corporate environment in the pharmaceutical industry, receive mentoring from highly skilled professionals, and work on dynamic team projects. Our 2026 Summer Intern program is a full-time (40 hours per week), paid internship. The internship may present opportunities for rotational assignments within the function, and the intern will be assigned goals and objectives that will support the strategic business plan of the company.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the future of training at Insmed.

You’ll also: 

• Support the implementation of new or improved learning technologies for content development and delivery

• Help refine training processes to support flexible, role-specific learning requirements

• Assist in streamlining and standardizing the administrative side of training, improving efficiency and consistency

• Collaborate on initiatives focused on enhancing the learner experience, including the user interface, communication methods, training volume, and timing of assignments

Role Requirements:

You are a current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Instructional Design, Business, Information Systems, Organizational Development, Education Technology, or a related field is highly desirable.

You are or you have:

• Strong interest in corporate training, learning technology, or process improvement

• Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

• Effective written and verbal communication skills• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and summarize key takeaways

• Eagerness to work collaboratively in a team environment while also managing independent tasks

• Open to learning new systems, tools, and workflows in a professional setting

• Proactive and curious mindset; comfortable asking questions and offering ideas

 

Salary Range

$25 - $35 an hour
