Salary Range: $55,000 – $65,000

Moonrock is looking for a Digital Growth & Partnerships Manager to help us grow our gaming commerce platform, Restart.run, while also supporting high-profile strategic initiatives with Walmart and major entertainment brands.
This is the perfect role for someone who wants to blend digital growth strategy, events, and brand partnerships in an entrepreneurial environment — while working directly under the VP of Strategic Partnerships.

Moonrock (moonrock.biz) is a creative agency and innovation partner that helps brands connect with audiences through gaming, events, and digital-first experiences. We work with Walmart at retail and with leading entertainment brands to create activations that drive culture, community, and commerce.
About the Role
This role is split between:
Restart.run (Digital Growth & Platform Focus) – building and executing social growth, influencer engagement, and site strategies to drive affiliate sales and community engagement.
Strategic Partnerships & Events (Business Focus) – supporting the VP with pitch decks, proposals, Walmart corporate initiatives, and event activations.
What You’ll Do
Restart.run (Growth & Digital)
Drive rapid social growth across TikTok, Instagram, Discord, Reddit, etc.
Use analytics to optimize campaigns and grow traffic + sales.
Coordinate with creative/editorial teams on campaigns and promotions.
Manage site updates to align with content and advertising priorities.
Enhance Walmart.com brand/product pages with rich content.
Walmart Partnerships & Events
Collaborate on pitch decks, proposals, and strategy docs for Walmart/brands.
Support relationship management with Walmart teams and stakeholders.
Assist with planning and executing live + digital events.
Research and brainstorm new brand/IP opportunities.
Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups for the VP.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s in marketing, retail/digital merchandising, communications, or business (or equivalent experience).
Experience in marketing, digital media, partnerships, or project coordination.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Confident with social media growth, data, and performance reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Retail, digital media, events, or gaming background is a plus.
