CTK Enterprises is a global talent management company headquartered in Nashville, TN. We represent global icons and are experts in music, TV, film, publishing, marketing, touring, and branding.
Through NOZ Entertainment, we offer full-scale TV and film production services with four high quality sound stages that have half a ton and one ton hanging capacity, silent HVAC, and soundproofing. We also have full post-production services in-house.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting transactions, purchases, receipts and sales, and producing weekly reports for the executive team. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a fast-paced team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Record and reconcile daily financial transactions (AP, AR, payroll, credit card, and bank statements).
Create and distribute invoices.
Maintain the general ledger and prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
Process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely and accurate manner.
Support payroll preparation and tax filings.
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for management.
Monitor budgets, cash flow, and expenditures as directed.
Collaborate with external accountants, auditors, and vendors when needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws/regulations.
Provide administrative support on financial projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in the entertainment, live events, or media industry.
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and Excel.
Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working with executives, talent teams, and vendors.
High degree of integrity and confidentiality with sensitive financial information.
Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
Familiarity with GAAP and IFRS
