HR Coordinator

Our team is passionate about people, workplace culture, and building strong foundations that allow businesses to thrive and we are seeking an ambitious and goal driven HR Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will gain exposure to a wide range of HR functions while supporting our team and the clients with day-to-day HR needs. This is an entry level position designed for someone who is ambitious, proactive, and excited to grow within the field.

What you will be doing:

  • Provide administrative and operational support across multiple HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, and benefits.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, processing offer and new hire documentation to meet client specifications.
  • Manage employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
  • Support compliance efforts by helping track deadlines, certifications, and reporting requirements.
  • Manage leave administration processes for clients, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity through regular audits.
  • Utilize various HRIS technologies such as ADP, NetChex, Paychex, Paylocity for efficient HR operations.
  • Conduct research on trends and legal updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR practices including talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Familiarity with employment laws including ADA, Title VII, FMLA, etc. regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites, with experience in HRIS systems preferred.
