
Client Support Representative
Compensation: $30.00/hour, part-time (4-hour shifts, 12-4/4-8, flexible scheduling)
Bonus: 5% commission
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard clients and set up reservations
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate and relevant information to clients regarding packages, benefits, and services.
- Address client inquiries and concerns with a customer-centric approach
- Meet performance targets for call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Close out RSVPs, warm leads and customers who need assistance with deposits
- Follow company policies and procedures while delivering top-tier customer support
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- 1+ year experience in a call center environment is preferred.
- Maintain a distraction-free workspace.
