Client Support Representative

Compensation: $30.00/hour, part-time (4-hour shifts, 12-4/4-8, flexible scheduling)
Bonus: 5% commission 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Onboard clients and set up reservations
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate and relevant information to clients regarding packages, benefits, and services.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns with a customer-centric approach
  • Meet performance targets for call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
  • Close out RSVPs, warm leads and customers who need assistance with deposits 
  • Follow company policies and procedures while delivering top-tier customer support

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • 1+ year experience in a call center environment is preferred.
  • Maintain a distraction-free workspace.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset and positive attitude
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
