AGORA is a VC-backed AI startup reinventing how SMBs turn leads into revenue. We’re fast-paced, founder-led, and backed by strong conviction in our mission to democratize sales through AI and gig work.

We’re looking for a creative powerhouse who can design and produce high-performing social media content — podcasts, skits, video clips, memes, and other engaging formats — while filming directly with our CEO & Founder to showcase the brand’s personality and journey.

What You’ll Do

  • Film and produce short-form video content (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn clips) featuring founder insights, podcasts, and skits.
  • Edit raw footage into viral-ready cuts optimized for engagement.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO & marketing team on creative ideas and campaigns.
  • Experiment with trends, formats, and hooks to maximize reach.
  • Repurpose podcasts, webinars, and live content into bite-sized viral moments.
  • Build and maintain a consistent posting rhythm across multiple platforms.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of social virality:
  • Either 50,000+ followers across platforms, OR
  • 3+ posts with 10,000+ likes or views.
  • Strong skills in video shooting, editing, and social storytelling.
  • Comfortable filming with the CEO in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging content formats.
  • Creative, scrappy, and able to deliver results with limited resources.
     

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with AI/startup culture.
  • Graphic design or motion graphics ability.
  • Experience building personal brands or company channels.
