
Social Media Manager - B2C Fintech
We’re an early-stage B2C fintech startup launching the first intelligent wallet for iOS. Our app automatically chooses the best credit card for every purchase, maximizing rewards with zero effort. Think Apple Pay, but smarter (hello AI).
We’re co-founded by a recent Harvard Business School grad and a current Stanford GSB student with backgrounds in software engineering, consumer tech, and financial innovation. Building out of the Harvard Innovation Lab with plans to launch soon.
About the Role: We’re looking for a creative social media manager to further build our brand presence and drive user acquisition across Instagram, TikTok, and X. You’ll be our voice in the social space, creating content that makes credit card optimization feel accessible, exciting, and essential for young professionals.
This is a high-ownership role where you’ll work directly with the founders to create viral content, build community, and establish Uno as the go-to fintech brand for rewards optimization.
What You’ll Do:
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategy across Instagram (primary), TikTok, and Twitter
- Content Creation: Produce engaging visuals, videos, and graphics using design tools and/or on-camera presence
- Founder Collaboration: Partner with HBS/Stanford founders to create authentic, educational content about credit cards and rewards
- Community Building: Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build genuine relationships with our target audience
- Growth Hacking: Test organic growth tactics, trending hashtags, and viral content formats
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong content creation skills (graphic design, video editing, copywriting)
- Comfortable being on-camera or directing video content
- Familiarity with Instagram/TikTok feeds and best practices
- Experience with design tools (Figma or Canva or Adobe Suite or similar)
- Passionate about fintech, personal finance, or consumer technology
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced startup environments
Bonus Points:
- Experience with fintech or finance content
- Understanding of credit cards, rewards programs, or personal finance topics
- Strong network within graduate student or young professional communities
- Experience with video editing software
