Market Research Intern

Role: Market Research Intern (Research Team) 

Description: Protobrand is seeking enthusiastic and talented students and recent graduates with an interest in consumer behavior and/or market research and marketing who wish to gain real world experience. As an intern at an entrepreneurial organization, you will be able to contribute and be part of a team that spans across the data intensive processes in our firm. Since we are a consulting company you will have the opportunity to work with multiple brands during the semester, spanning industries and regions.

Join our dynamic research team and dive into a wide range of tasks from data manipulation and processing, to analysis and reporting. You will have opportunities to participate in client calls and get firsthand experience—no fetching coffee here! You will be able to work with our proprietary survey software to collect, prepare, and analyze data. This is a paid, full-time internship. 

What will you gain?

What will you do?

  • Questionnaire programming and testing
  • Data collection, manipulation and analysis (quantitative and qualitative, with the possibility of working with our NLP tools)
  • Data visualization
  • Report preparation

Who are you?

  • Recent bachelor’s graduate (or soon to be) in a business or social science field
  • Marketing/research background/experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • SPSS or other survey analysis software (preferred)
  • Experience with a survey collection/programming platform such as Qualtrics or Survey Monkey (would be nice)
