Office Sales Assistant
Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Online Sales Assistant to help manage product listings on eBay and Offer Up. This is a remote, part-time opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for online retail.
Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, photos)
- Manage inventory and keep listings updated
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Help process orders and track shipping
- Monitor competitor pricing and trends
Qualifications:
- Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
- Basic knowledge of online marketplaces (eBay, Offer Up, etc.)
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in online sales is a plus
- Demonstrated experience maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Strong writing skills.
