Office Sales Assistant

Description:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Online Sales Assistant to help manage product listings on eBay and Offer Up. This is a remote, part-time opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for online retail.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, photos)
  • Manage inventory and keep listings updated
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Help process orders and track shipping
  • Monitor competitor pricing and trends

Qualifications:

  • Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
  • Basic knowledge of online marketplaces (eBay, Offer Up, etc.)
  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience in online sales is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Strong writing skills.
