Marketing Assistant

Position Summary

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support daily marketing operations and contribute to client and brand engagement efforts. In this role, you’ll assist with content creation, digital communications, and campaign tracking. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and eager to grow in a collaborative, consulting-focused environment.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting content for email campaigns, social media, and internal communications
  • Help maintain the company website and update content as needed
  • Organize marketing files, brand assets, and contact databases
  • Track marketing metrics and prepare basic reports on campaign performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across materials
  • Conduct basic research on competitors, industry trends, and audience behavior

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0–2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with email platforms, social media tools, and content management systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
