We’re looking for a motivated and creative student to join our team and help us amplify our digital presence.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Social Media Manager Intern (high school or college student) to manage and grow our brand’s presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This is a paid internship of $20 per hour (~$400 per month), offering mentorship, professional growth, and resume-boosting experience.

Time Commitment

~5 hours per week (≈20 hours per month).

Flexible scheduling with a short weekly check-in.

Responsibilities

Post content consistently and on schedule across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Ensure posts reflect FuturElitez’s brand image and mission.

Research and monitor current social media trends; recommend which ones to leverage.

Review analytics and track performance of previous posts, providing simple reports.

Suggest creative, engaging ideas that align with our vision and connect with our community.

You Do Not Need to Edit - you're solely managing the account to its best possible way to grow week by week.

Compensation & Perks

$20/hour (≈$400/month).

Performance Bonuses:

+$50 bonus for every additional 300 new followers with active engagement.

+$100 bonus once 1,000 new followers are reached.

Active engagement (likes, comments, shares) is key.

Mentorship in digital marketing, branding, and content strategy.

Hands-on experience with a growing sports brand.

Potential for future extended or paid roles with FuturElitez Soccer.

What We’re Looking For

High school or college student with a passion for social media, sports,  digital storytelling and/or data analysis.

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Strong communicator who enjoys creativity and collaboration.

Basic knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube posting tools.

Experience with Canva, Asana and Slack
