Rheumwell is a physician-led specialty practice serving patients with autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions. We are seeking undergraduate students for a credit-bearing Healthcare Operations Internship. Interns will gain real-world experience in healthcare administration while supporting our new On-Site Patient Concierge pilot.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting patients in the waiting room with digital intake forms and Healow app setup

Providing ancillary front office support (non-clinical tasks)

Supporting process improvement and patient feedback initiatives

Completing a portfolio project to showcase learning and contributions

Qualifications:

Undergraduate student enrolled in a credit-bearing internship course

Majoring in Health Administration, Business, Psychology, Pre-Med, Nursing, or related field

Strong interpersonal and technology skills (tablets, apps, Microsoft Office)

Minimum 20 hours/week, on-site at Rheumwell

Term: Fall 2025 or Winter 2026
