Account Executive
The Account Executive serves MCA’s customers by being the primary point of contact between clients and MCA. The Account Executive develops a deep relationship with the client to stay engaged with all business activities, building a deeper trust between clients and MCA. Account Executives steward MCA clients and bring new clients to MCA.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Grow and manage assigned client base
- Obtain Net-New clients
- Engage in customer meetings and own the proposal lifecycle (creation, presentation)
- Engage in Solutions Team Execution (Contract Docs, KickOff, Q.C)
- Account Maintenance (Audit assistance, growth)
- Assistance with vCIO/Advisor engagements
- Opportunity/Pipeline tracking
- Certification and Training (Sales)
- Annual account review and Reports
- Monthly contract maintenance
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of MCA’s Core Services
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong Business Acumen
- 3+ years in a customer facing sales role (sales, pre-sales)
- Ability to understand, document, and transform processes to improve efficiency
A successful Account Executive fills their daily calendar with managing existing clients and obtaining new ones. Monthly engagements with clients are necessary to maintain deep relationships and account executives are encouraged to take clients to lunch and meet to review business activities. Exceptional Account Executives maintain a regular cadence with their accounts to grow their business and keep clients aware of emerging technologies and threats.
