Diamond Communications LLC (“Diamond”) is seeking a Financial Analyst at its Delray Beach, FL headquarters to join the Strategic Partnerships Group. Diamond is a leading private infrastructure telecommunications investment and operating company that has made over $2 billion of investments and acquisitions over the past five years. The successful candidate will (i) be involved in many of the company's key business initiatives, and (ii) interact regularly with the entire senior management team and key marketing, sales and operations personnel. Job Description:
The Financial Analyst will be a key member of the Strategic Partnerships Group at Diamond. The role will involve direct interaction with executive level management, providing support for business development, relationship management and project management initiatives. The role will include:
- Analyzing and supporting key strategic growth initiatives, including the management of new and existing property owner partners
- Supporting the wireless carrier sales force with marketing materials and analysis
- Coordinating activities for Strategic Partnership relationships with Diamond’s sales force and operations personnel
- Developing financial models for acquisitions and partnerships
- Writing presentations for prospective and existing Strategic Partnership clients
- Writing and coordinating responses to Requests for Proposals that present growth opportunities for the company
- General market research and analysis of new and existing assets
- Reporting progress on key initiatives to Senior Management and the Board

Job Description:
The Financial Analyst will be a key member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Team at Diamond. This position is well suited for recent college graduates looking for an exciting role which combines finance, strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and participate in Diamond’s training program. The role will involve direct interaction with executive level management, providing financial analysis/modeling, research, presentation development and project management support related to growing the value of our existing assets and identifying opportunities for new businesses and assets to acquire/build across the country. The role will include:
- Developing financial models for acquisitions and strategic partnerships, including leveraged buyout models, accretion/dilution analysis and operating models for new business segments
- Maintain Diamond financial projection model, which is utilized by senior management and the board of directors for long-term budgeting
- Support capital markets activities for debt and equity financings
- Analyzing and supporting key strategic growth initiatives
- Manage integration of new acquisitions, in coordination with operations, finance and legal teams
- Reporting progress of various business segments for senior management
- Writing presentations for prospective and existing site management clients
- Writing and coordinating responses to Requests for Proposals that present growth opportunities for the company
- General market research and analysis of new and existing asset
