Lead Salesforce Developer – Lennar Corporation (Miami, FL):

Create industry-leading and scalable Salesforce applications to meet Lennar’s evolving Customer Relationship Management (CRM) requirements, provide technical oversight on the development of customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, and solve complex customer software issues, including maintaining the security and integrity of the application software. Duties include: analyze end-user needs and develop and implement custom Salesforce platform solutions and integrations that align with Lennar’s business objectives; lead technical design sessions, document technical solutions, and identify gaps between users’ current and desired end states; perform code reviews to ensure that the new Salesforce solutions meet industry best practices; provide technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” assistance; execute unit, performance, and user acceptance tests to ensure that the Salesforce solutions meet quality standards and align with end-user needs and expectations before release; automate software testing by developing test strategies, designing automation frameworks, and writing unit/functional tests to capture code coverage and automation metrics; identify and confirm technical design risks vis-à-vis security requirements, develop risk mitigation approaches, and clearly communicate the risks to engineering staff; independently solve technical problems and provide hands-on expert level assistance on technical issues; provide technical oversight of the work produced by the Salesforce Engineers and Developers on Scrum team and mentor and provide guidance to junior developers; and consult with the Business and Technical team to identify and solve friction points in the delivery process. 

Requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field and 5 years of experience with Salesforce software development utilizing Salesforce Apex, Apex Classes & Triggers, Visualforce, Visualforce pages, Lightning, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Force.com IDE, Eclipse IDE, Sandbox and ANT Tool deployments, and Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL). Send resumes to: TalentAcquisition@lennar.com.
