EPC Administrative Intern

Internship Position: EPC Administrative Intern
Location: Miami, FL
Department: EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction)
Reports To: Head of EPC    
Duration: Fall Semester (Potential Extension to Spring Semester)

Position Summary:

Enfinity Global is seeking a highly organized and motivated intern to support our EPC team with administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for a student interested in renewable energy, project coordination, and learning how large-scale infrastructure projects are managed from the inside out. You will gain hands-on experience in document control, supplier coordination, and procurement processes, all critical to the success of our clean energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Document Control & Project File Management

  • Organize and maintain digital and physical project documentation.
  • Track and log document revisions to ensure version control.
  • Support the team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date project records.

Supplier and Vendor Coordination

  • Conduct research on potential suppliers and vendors.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings and calls with external partners.
  • Support the NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) process and maintain related documentation.
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes to ensure clear communication and follow-up.
  • Assist with purchase order entry and tracking in coordination with the procurement team.

Administrative Support for EPC Operations

  • Provide general administrative support to the EPC team, including calendar management, data entry, and internal coordination.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal use.
  • Maintain organized records of supplier communications and project milestones.

Price Analysis

  • Assist in collecting and comparing pricing data from vendors and EPC partners.
  • Support the team in evaluating cost options and preparing summary reports.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in renewable energy and infrastructure projects is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization
