What You'll Do
This internship offers exposure to various business functions with mentorship and real responsibility from day one.
Primary Focus Areas
Project Management & Operations
- Help manage multiple AI development projects using tools like Linear
- Assist with project planning, timeline tracking, and milestone coordination
- Support daily standups and project meetings
- Create and organize project tickets and user stories
Technical Documentation & Requirements
- Work with teams to gather client requirements and translate them into clear documentation
- Help create Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) based on client needs
- Assist in developing project implementation plans and technical proposals
- Support the creation of client-facing materials and presentations
Sales & Client Relations Support
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions with potential clients
- Help prepare sales materials, proposals, and project scoping documents
- Support client communication by organizing technical information into business-friendly formats
- Assist with follow-up activities and relationship management
Administrative & Business Operations
- Handle scheduling, meeting coordination, and general administrative tasks
- Support budget tracking and resource planning activities
- Maintain project documentation and ensure team has access to necessary information
- Help with onboarding new team members and organizing training sessions
Growth Opportunities
