Position: Marketing & Social Media Executive Intern, Women’s Health & Fertility

Location: Primarily remote work; Weekly team meetups, occasionally attendance at in-person events as needed

Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Five days a week (with two days off per week)
- Compensation: AED 2,500 per month
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Marketing Executive to join our innovative Women's Health and Fertility Femtech startup. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about contributing creative ideas, possess design and video editing skills, and have a keen interest in digital marketing strategies within the women's health space. This role offers hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, event planning, and marketing material development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create and curate compelling, on-brand content including posts, stories, and multimedia assets.
Monitor social media analytics to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
2. Content Planning and Creation:
Assist in developing a content calendar aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
Generate original and engaging content such as blog articles, infographics, videos, etc., focusing on women's health, fertility, and related topics.
Ensure content is SEO-friendly, relevant, and resonates with the target audience.
3. Event Planning and Coordination:
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, organize, and execute events both virtually and in-person.
Support in the logistics, promotion, and follow-up of events, including managing RSVPs and attendee communication.
Contribute creative ideas for event themes, speakers, and activities to enhance engagement.
4. Marketing Material Creation:
Assist in the development of marketing collateral (both digital and physical) such as brochures, flyers, presentations, etc., adhering to brand guidelines.
Support in the design and creation of compelling visual assets to be used across various marketing channels.
5. Initiative Ideation and Execution:
Brainstorm and propose innovative marketing initiatives, campaigns, and partnerships to drive brand awareness and user engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to fruition and measure their success.
6. Administrative Support:
Maintain organized calendars, schedules, and databases related to marketing activities.
Assist in sending out invitations, coordinating meetings, and managing communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts / Design or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for content creation.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus but not a must.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player with a positive attitude.
- Passionate about women's health, fertility, and technology.
