IT Support and Digital Marketing Internship
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing and IT Support Intern. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience with industry-standard tools such as Google Workspace, GoDaddy, and various SaaS platforms. You will work alongside our team to optimize digital campaigns, support our IT needs, and ensure efficient use of software across the organization.
Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Ad Campaign Management:
- Assist in managing Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and budget management.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of search campaigns, adjusting bids, keywords, and targeting to achieve campaign objectives.
- Assist in analyzing Google Analytics data to assess the performance of marketing campaigns.

IT Support & Systems Administration:
- Domain and Email Management: Assist with managing domains through GoDaddy (or similar registrars), including configuring DNS settings for email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and website management.
- Help with the configuration and management of Google Workspace accounts, setting up users, managing permissions, and troubleshooting email and collaboration tool issues.
- Hardware and Software Support: Provide first-level technical support for hardware (laptops, desktops, peripherals) and software issues, assisting employees with common IT problems.
- Network Basics: Assist with basic network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi connectivity and local network access.
- SaaS Platform Management: Support the administration and user management of various SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms used by the organization (e.g., CRM, project management tools, communication platforms).
- Cybersecurity Awareness: Assist with promoting basic cybersecurity best practices among employees and identifying potential security vulnerabilities.
- Documentation and Inventory: Help maintain IT asset inventory and assist in creating and updating IT documentation and user guides.
- Backup and Recovery: Learn about and assist with basic data backup procedures for critical business information.

Communication / Interpersonal Skills:
- Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational and time management abilities, and a keen attention to detail. Previous office experience is a plus.
- Should possess a positive, collaborative attitude; be adaptable, courteous, and eager to learn and grow professionally.
