O'City Crew Dance Team Member

The O’City Crew dance team is looking for hardworking, outgoing, and energetic dancers who shine in front of any crowd! As part of our team, you'll perform at Oklahoma City Thunder home games and community events, showcasing your skills and passion. Join us and enjoy performing choreographed routines and making a meaningful impact through dance.

 

In this role you will:

  • Perform choreographed routines on court at all home games and help energize crowds at Thunder games or events
  • Perform at least once at a home game for the Oklahoma City Blue
  • Execute select promotions on court which may include holding signs, assisting with crowd cheers, or helping to support an enthusiastic atmosphere for contest winners, teachers of the game, etc.
  • Attend all workouts and practices
  • Take part in photo shoots, promotional videos, and team-approved media appearances
  • Maintain a positive personal reputation and act as a brand ambassador for the team
  • Other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Dancing and performing experience required
  • Ability to pick up dance choreography quickly
  • Dedicated and hard-working member of a team
  • Strong communication and social skills including listening as well as speaking
  • Ability to stay organized and have outstanding time-management
  • Bi-lingual skills are a plus but not required


Additional details:

Work schedule and training will require evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the home game schedule and additional scheduled appearances. You must be at least 18 years of age as of 08/02/2025 with a valid government issued photo I.D. Work environment will include loud music and crowd noise as well as flashing or strobe lights. Physical requirements of the job include dancing in various styles, climbing stairs, bending, and twisting as well as walking or standing for long periods of time. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required along with reliable transportation. This is a part-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Performance Teams Manager. Employees are encouraged to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
