Key Master at Escape Room
Escape Lincoln is looking for a key master to join our team of nerds🤓
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring a stellar customer experience
- Managing and monitoring escape games and players
- Answering phone calls
- Interacting with various technology (on-the-job training provided)
- Prepping and resetting escape rooms
- Light cleaning and inventory restocking (as needed)
- Manage team of Game Masters during KM shift
- Decide shift priorities and action items
- Communicate regularly with management and team via Slack
Requirements:
- 8-10 hours of availability per weekend (during regular business hours*) including Saturdays
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Have participated in at least one escape room
- Self-starter with attention to detail
- Management experience (leading 1 or more team members)
Additional Skills:
- Weekday availability is a plus (if you are interested in picking up custom booking shifts)
Key Masters' current starting wage is $18.50/hour

Friday 4:30 - 10:45PM
Saturday 11:30AM - 11PM
Sunday 11:30AM - 6:30PM
