People Operations Intern

Your Role

As the People Operations Intern, you will provide administrative and project support to both the People Operations and Marketing teams. Your work will focus on maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, conducting data audits, assisting at the corporate reception desk, and helping with internal events and marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize employee records in accordance with HR documentation standards.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks, including documentation preparation and follow-up.
  • Conduct audits of employee data to support system accuracy and compliance.
  • Support reception at the corporate office, including greeting guests and managing calls.
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, and scheduling assistance.
  • Support internal events through planning, logistics, and day-of coordination.
  • Assist with internal marketing tasks, including content coordination and communications support.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support People Operations and Marketing.

Basic Requirements:

  • Expected to graduate in Fall 2025 with a degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Available to work 25 hours per week onsite.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Workspace.
  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred but not required.
