Data Analyst

A growing tech company in San Francisco is seeking a Data Analyst to support its Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. Role:

As the GTM Data Analyst, you will:
πŸ” Own reporting pipelines end-to-endβ€”from data wrangling to dashboard delivery
πŸ“Š Build marketing attribution models and monitor campaign performance
πŸš€ Work closely with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Growth Engineering to drive data-informed decisions
πŸ§ͺ Design and measure experiments to optimize user onboarding and acquisition
πŸ“ˆ Define KPIs and performance metrics to support revenue growth

Requirements:

βœ… 3+ years in a data analyst role
βœ… Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Looker, Amplitude, Heap)
βœ… Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot)
βœ… Knowledge of sales/marketing data pipelines, attribution modeling, and ad network data
βœ… Experience collaborating with GTM teams (Growth, Sales, RevOps, Marketing)
βœ… Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
