Professional Development Provider

Please note: This position is only open to applicants who reside in the state of Georgia.

The LIFE team provides virtual coaching to adolescents and adults with ADHD, Autism, developmental disabilities, anxiety, and other unique circumstances. Areas addressed include relationship building, goal setting, problem solving, decision making, advocacy, and teaching new strategies to support client growth.

We emphasize achieving positive results, with the awareness that all clients need to move at their own pace. While there is a level of urgency to achieve goals, our approach focuses on shared and effective delegation when necessary. Motivating clients often requires utilizing the methodology of a “do with” not “do for” approach to build confidence. The focus of this job is engaging with people on an accepting and nonjudgement personal level. And most of all commitment to helping people leverage their strengths to realize their potential.

The work involves building toward results by obtaining the commitment and buy-in of clients and their families. While the job requires strong initiative and self-direction, results are only achieved with and through people.

Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to recognize learning styles and use the appropriate coaching strategies. They will have proficient communication skills and the ability to connect with a wide variety of people. They show awareness of the necessity to meet learners where they are and then provide individualized support to make impactful growth.
