Store Associate

A self-motivated, customer-driven store associate to join our family-owned printing and shipping store in MI part-time. This individual will be responsible for:

Taking care of each customer and providing world-class customer service.

Provides an outstanding customer service experience by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs.

Receiving and processing packages for courier shipments with FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DHL.

Sorting Mail

Packaging

Notary Services

Operating copiers, printers, fax machines, and point-of-sale devices.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 18 years of age or older and willing to become a notary public. We cover application cost for you.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months experience in printing and/or retail shipping with FedEx, USPS, or UPS but is not required

Photoshop and/or adobe illustrator experience is a must

Retail experience is a plus

STRONG computer skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $20 per hour

Monday to Friday
Couple Saturdays until 3pm
