We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented intern to support our sales and marketing efforts through cold calling, CRM data management, and pipeline support.

Position Overview
The Sales & CRM Intern will play a key role in generating leads, maintaining clean and accurate CRM records in HubSpot, and supporting overall pipeline health. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, CRM tools, and business development strategies.

Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential prospects from curated lists
• Log all outreach activities and interactions in HubSpot CRM
• Maintain and update contact and company data in HubSpot
• Assist in tracking and moving deals through the sales pipeline
• Enter Purchase Orders into the ERP system (Job Boss)
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve call scripts and outreach strategies
• Report weekly on activity metrics and outcomes

Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with new people
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM software is a plus
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative
