POSITION: Operations Intern 

LOCATION: Atlanta, GA 

START DATE: September 9 - December 19, 2026
 

SUMMARY:

POINT3 (as in :00.3 seconds) represents the critical moment in basketball, the split second that can define the outcome. Our journey started on the court, creating innovative gear like our patented DRYV® shorts with built-in towels to keep players’ hands dry. This performance-first mindset helped establish POINT3 as a leader in basketball apparel innovation.

We have developed strong partnerships throughout the basketball community, whether with AAU programs, club teams, local leagues, or Junior NBA affiliates like the Cavaliers, Hawks, Celtics, and Suns.

We’re looking for proactive operations interns who thrive in fast-paced environments and are ready to get hands-on with the engine that keeps the business moving. You’ll help manage POINT3’s inventory, coordinate warehouse activity, and support the integration of digital systems that drive our day-to-day. This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience operating behind the scenes at a high-growth brand that is redefining the basketball space.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily pick, pack, and ship fulfillment of all orders via POINT3 Team and DTC channels.
  • Persistent quality control review on all outbound orders to ensure customer satisfaction and accuracy amongst POINT3 internal systems.
  • Working with the Operations team on receipt of all inbound inventory from vendors and overseas sourcing partners.
  • Pick, pack and shipment order fulfillment and coordination of decoration for orders placed through POINT3 team sales channels.
  • Opportunity to work on the marketing side as well with content creation (TikTok/X)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Highly organized and detail oriented with an ability to multitask and prioritize work. Staying level-headed in this fast-paced role is critical for success.
  • Working knowledge of basic computer operations, primarily email and Microsoft Excel/Google Docs. General comfort level working with new software applications.
  • Prior experience working in a warehouse environment managing/handling physical goods and/or systems experience (e.g. inventory management) preferred.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs. and work overtime/weekends as needed during peak season.
