Internship in Music Publishing

 Description

Angry Mob Music is a music publishing and music rights administration company with a diverse roster of songwriters, composers, artists and producers. Interns will be immersed in all departments: 

• A&R: Talent discovery, deal making, songwriter development and song pitching
• Synchronization: marketing, pitching and licensing for television, film, and advertising projects
• Catalog Development: roster collaborations; special artist projects
• Administration: song registrations, clearances, collections an distributions

Interns will learn by participating in company and departmental meetings, 1:1s with department heads, and contribute to action and research projects. 

Notes: This is an unpaid internship, but eligible students receive academic credit through their college or university. This internship is fully REMOTE. 

Qualifications 

Must be eligible for school credit. Music major with an emphasis on Music Industry preferred. General knowledge of the music, film & television industries, as well as music supervision and/or music copyright is helpful but not required. 

Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office on the Mac/PC platform recommended.
