Our services include IT management, investor plans, financial instruments, co-branded courses and other whole-systems models for coordinating business operations. We deliver gamification tools for funding, marketing and managing projects designed and developed by scientists, artists and member-owned businesses within our RAO (Radialized Autonomous Organization).
Contract: 4-moon contract (with potential for an extension)

Role Description:
Are you ready to co-create the next big fintech, Web3, social currency app?
As a Level 1 Motoko Developer and a whole-systems, focused individual, you will co-lead the first two phases of building the backend logic for V24V’s TropaCoinRAO software and mobile app prototype, hosted on the Internet Computer Blockchain.
Your gift in writing algorithms and code will be applied during these two phases, adding more human-centric, planet-centric, 13-moon logic into digital spaces and Web3 systems overpowered by artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with V24V’s Chief Creative Directress and Web3 Rookie Developer to design and build phase 0 and phase 1 of the TropaCoinRAO Web3 app, enabling users to spend, trade, exchange and manage TropaCoins (TPACO) following the ICRC-2 standard, able to vote on V24V Organizational policies via a liquid democracy protocol with matured, TropaCoin tokens and able to mint and purchase NFTs with TPACO, using the ICRC-37 standard.
- Complete necessary trainings, research, online courses or tutorials to be well-informed on the TailwindCSS utility-based styling language and its unique features.
- Complete necessary trainings, research, online courses or tutorials to be well-informed on the React JS front-end framework, JavaScript language and their unique features.
- Complete necessary trainings, research, online courses or tutorials to be well-informed on the Internet Computer Blockchain’s native backend language, Motoko, and its unique features.
- Integrate the Internet Computer’s native authentication service, Internet Identity, into the tropacoin.io website, along with network security and corresponding Web3 and Web2 workflows.
- Co-manage TropaCoinRAO’s source code and git repositories uploaded on GitHub.
- Stay informed on the latest updates and announcements from the Dfinity Foundation, as it pertains to Web3 protocols and the Internet Computer blockchain.
- Contribute to TropaCoinRAO’s UX/UI Design using Figma and Miro.
- Encourage friends and family members to participate in TropaCoinRAO Focus Groups, interviews, surveys and the overall UX Research process
- Be a Role Energizer and Lead Link for the V24V IT AlphaNode.
- Work with Kin in a TropaNeur Tribe to complete projects.
Required Education & Work Experience:
- At least 3 years of college experience
- Computer Science major or other related technical, IT field
- Experience using Figma to build wireframes and prototype designs
- Experience using Git and GitHub
- Experience writing code in JavaScript, React JS and Tailwind CSS
- Solid understanding of web development, blockchain systems, basic programming logic, APIs, game theory and algorithm design patterns
Preferred Education: Knowledge of the 13 Moon/28-Day Calendar, Vigesimal Math and basic understanding of the Internet Computer Protocols
Project-Based Pay: $52 base + (max of 5 approved and completed projects per moon)
Commission Pay: 80% of revenue from co-created courses
Estimated Pay Range: $327-$1,607
Company Equity Package: Interim and full dividends
Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly
