Job Summary:

The App Developer at PROJXON will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mobile and web applications that support core operations and user engagement. This role involves close collaboration with IT, UI/UX, and project management teams to ensure scalable, high-performance applications that meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

App Development & Maintenance: Build, test, and deploy high-quality mobile and/or web applications using modern frameworks and tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside designers, backend engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX and API services.

Performance Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize application performance, ensuring smooth user experiences across platforms.

Feature Implementation: Translate business requirements into functional and scalable application features.

Code Quality & Standards: Write clean, maintainable code following best practices and contribute to peer code reviews.

Continuous Improvement: Keep up with emerging app development trends, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve PROJXON’s application offerings.

Qualifications:

Experience developing mobile or web applications using frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or similar.

Proficiency in programming languages like Dart, JavaScript, Swift, or Kotlin.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and cloud-based development environments.

Understanding of mobile architecture, responsive design, and app lifecycle management.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a user-first mindset.

Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first team environment.
