Vision Blueprint is a purpose-driven company that develops tools, resources, and experiences to help people clarify their purpose, pursue bold ideas, and bring their vision to life—whether that means launching a business, building a nonprofit, creating meaningful work, or stepping into a new chapter altogether. We serve emerging and established changemakers through products like FundDash (a funding ecosystem for grant-seekers), The Clarity Engine (a self-guided tool for life pivots), and VisionLAUNCH (a startup and nonprofit founder lab).
We believe funding, clarity, and direction shouldn’t feel out of reach. We’re building tools that bridge those gaps—with transparency, strategy, and heart.
As we grow our platform and prepare for new launches, we’re looking for a bold, creative, and mission-aligned Social Media Intern to help shape how we show up across channels.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Draft, design, and schedule social media content (IG, Threads, LinkedIn) using tools like Canva and Buffer
- Repurpose insights from our grant tools, blog, and Funding Friday newsletter into short, shareable content
- Help shape the voice of Vision Blueprint and its products (like FundDash and The Clarity Engine) across social platforms
- Engage with our audience by liking, commenting, and responding to relevant posts and DMs in alignment with our tone and mission
- Research content trends, hashtags, and peer/partner accounts to help us stay relevant and visible
- Track engagement and flag top-performing posts or key community feedback

WHO YOU ARE
- A creative self-starter who’s excited about social media, digital storytelling, and social impact
- Comfortable with Canva, Google Drive, and Buffer or willing to learn new tools quickly
- Passionate about funding equity, community development, entrepreneurship, or nonprofit work
- Able to work efficiently and effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Organized, communicative, and comfortable taking initiative with support
- Curious about what drives engagement—whether it’s timing, format, language, or strategy—and eager to learn how algorithms and audience behavior shape what gets seen
- Comfortable using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Canva Magic Write, or social caption generators) to brainstorm, draft, and enhance content while still keeping a human touch
- A natural at using tools like CapCut, InShot, or similar to edit and refine short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, or LinkedIn
NICE-TO-HAVES (but not required)
- Experience managing your own or a brand’s social media account
- Interest in grant writing, funding equity, or startup culture
- Familiarity with Airtable, Make, and newsletter tools like Wix and Mailchimp
LOCATION: Fully Remote
SCHEDULE: Flexible | 7-10 hours per week
