IT Intern / Desktop Support / Win 11 Rollout

Primary job function is supporting the County’s technology help desk. This includes (but is not limited to) hardware replacements; software installs; configuration and troubleshooting; and managing a queue of trouble tickets.

We are currently working on a large scale Windows 11 deployment which consists of replacing over 3500 computers and laptops county-wide. The candidate selected would be an integral part of this project and would be assisting in imaging and deploying of the new equipment.

Candidates must have strong communication skills and be able to work in a team environment
