🌟 What You'll Do:

Drive our digital presence: Manage and grow PCS’s social media accounts, website content, and online reputation.

Showcase our purpose: Capture the heart of PCS by attending and documenting community events, highlighting our services, and celebrating our people.
 -
Build community inside and out: Promote internal culture and morale through internal marketing, staff engagement, and purpose-driven messaging.
 -
Elevate our voice: Create compelling content and campaigns that engage regional centers (RCs), community partners, and the broader public.
 -
Support quality and compliance: Assist with HCBA-related outreach and satisfaction surveys to ensure we’re always aligned with our person-centered values.

✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience with digital marketing, social media management, and/or community outreach.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus, but not required.

 - A genuine interest in social impact, inclusion, and advocacy for people with disabilities.
 - Organized, self-motivated, and ready to travel to events throughout the region.
 - Familiarity with HCBA, regional centers, or social services is a plus, but not required.

📍 Location Flexibility
While we’d love this role to be based in our Newbury Park office (for event access and collaboration), we’re open to candidates from any PCS service area, including Santa Barbara.
Locations Include:Â
Antelope Valley (Lancaster, Palmdale, Santa Clarita)
Burbank, Glendale, and surrounding areas.
San Fernando Valley
Ventura County
Santa BarbaraÂ
Santa Maria
Community Engagement Coordinator will be asked to travel to all listed regions at some point.Â
