Marketing and Sales Intern

Location: Remote (Eastern Time preferred)
Compensation: $200/month stipend + commission on converted sales
Time Commitment: 10–20 hours/week (flexible)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Summer/Fall with potential for extension

At Aligned Being, we help ambitious women leaders and mission-driven professionals realign with their purpose, elevate their leadership, and create fulfilling, values-driven lives and businesses. We run retreats, coaching programs, and immersive experiences that spark transformation—from the inside out.

We’re a small but mighty team of two co-founding women (who double as high-level business, leadership, and life coaches) and we’re looking for a passionate, growth-oriented Sales & Marketing Intern to help us expand our impact.

What You’ll Do:

As our intern, you'll wear several creative hats and receive hands-on mentorship as you:

Create and post engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook

Engage with our community via comments, DMs, and shares

Assist with email marketing campaigns and automation via HubSpot

Help manage and update our CRM and contact lists

Support lead generation efforts and promote upcoming events

Write marketing copy, captions, and emails aligned with our voice

Track metrics and provide insight into performance and optimization

Ideal Candidate:

Studying or recently graduated in Marketing and/or Advertising & Promotion

Comfortable with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Canva, HubSpot, and AI tools

Has an eye for design and clarity in communication

Self-directed, detail-oriented, and willing to experiment

Passionate about personal development, women’s empowerment, and leadership

Fluent in professional English (bonus if also fluent in Spanish)

Located in Eastern Time Zone preferred
