Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. This junior-level role supports a wide range of digital initiatives—from website updates and email campaigns to light design and content publishing. The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of experience, a strong foundation in marketing platforms and tools, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and an interest in real estate investing to build a long-term career alongside a dedicated and high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Website & Content Management
- Maintain and update content on the firm’s public website, intranet, and investor communications platforms (WordPress)
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across all digital properties
Email Marketing & Audience Lists
- Build and deploy targeted email campaigns using HubSpot or a similar platform
- Manage and segment email lists to ensure accurate communication to investors and partners
- Monitor campaign metrics and assist in reporting
Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms
- Support brand engagement and consistency
- Contribute to performance tracking and content planning
Content Creation & Design
- Assist with the creation of digital and print collateral including brochures, investor decks, email graphics, and social assets
- Support formatting and layout in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, PowerPoint, and Canva
Digital Marketing Support & Analytics
- Support SEO updates, tagging, and metadata maintenance
- Assist with setup and monitoring of paid media campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn)
- Help compile analytics and insights across web, email, and social channels
Team Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with marketing teammates and firm stakeholders to coordinate project timelines
- Communicate clearly and proactively on status, questions, and challenges
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-driven culture where reliability and transparency matter
Requirements
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), and social media platforms
- Basic HTML skills preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and contact list management
- Experience using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and/or Canva
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Interest in real estate and investing; enthusiasm for learning about the industry
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
