Graphic and Web Designer

Graphic and Web Designer: you must have a bachelor's degree and some graduate experience in one of these two fields, for example, a BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent experience, plus UX/UI training.  We're looking for a fresh branding identity, a logo refresh and a website update.  We are looking to transform youth voter registration in America and we need a graphic designer with talent, pop, and a commitment to social justice.  Diverse candidates of all stripes encouraged to apply—we believe it makes US better to hear from the broadest possible range of voices.

Lift Every Vote, a civic education nonprofit, was founded as an activist group in 2016 to work on structural voting projects that yield permanent, transformational change. Over 5,000 activists have worked on our projects, contributing nearly $1M to execute them.  In 2024, we transitioned to a 501(c)3.

Our North Star: Voting equality for all Americans, including universal adult citizen eligibility and registration; equal access; equal voting power.

Our Mission: To create, collaborate on, and contribute to projects that advance voting equality, resulting in permanent gains in eligibility or registration.  To design public education efforts that empower citizens to participate in elections, advocate for their needs, and design the democracy they want.

Our 2025-26 effort, The Largest Generation Project, is a comprehensive civic ignition program to empower our nation’s largest generation of voters to register, vote, advocate, design change, and claim their political majority.  Its objectives are,

  1. To design and pilot a model for universal high school voter readiness education that will teach new voters the skills they need to cast a counted ballot;
  2. To build elections literacy via contact with elections officials and experiential elections learning in the classroom;
  3. To use voting data, behavioral science, and UX/UI design principles to create a simple ‘Voter Experience Design’ course, that students can use to design and create structural changes that build youth power in their local environments.
