
Developer Relations Engineer

As a Developer Relations (DevRel) Engineer, you will act as the bridge between our organization and the developer community. Your role is to foster strong relationships, advocate for our products, and create resources that empower developers to succeed. This position combines technical expertise, community engagement, and marketing strategies to drive product adoption and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create technical content, including documentation, blogs, tutorials, and sample code, to support marketing and education efforts.
- Promote Upstage's technologies through events like meetups, AI conferences, and hackathons to build awareness and adoption.
- Advocate for external developers, gathering feedback to enhance products and improve developer experiences.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve documentation and streamline developer support.
- Engage with developer communities through forums, social media, and events, providing timely responses and support.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or a related role.
Strong technical background with experience in AI technologies, APIs, and cloud platforms.
Open-minded, patient, and collaborative approach to working with diverse teams and developer communities.
Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills. (Fluent in English)
Familiarity with open-source communities, developer tools, and software development workflows.
