
Social Media Marketing and Growth Intern

We’re looking for a creative and self-driven Social Media Marketing & Growth Intern to lead the charge on expanding our online presence. Grafo is an early-stage AI company changing how professionals do cold outreach, and we’re giving you the keys to shape our social presence from the ground up. This isn’t a coffee-run internship. You’ll be hands-on, leading campaigns, creating content, and experimenting with growth ideas that actually ship. If you’re sharp, creative, and ready to punch above your weight class, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels
- Drive traffic, conversions, and engagement from social platforms
- Develop, test, and iterate growth-focused strategies and campaigns
- Research trends, hashtags, and competitor content to identify opportunities
- (Optional) Set up and optimize paid social campaigns if experienced
- Stay aligned with Grafo's brand and messaging while pushing creative boundaries
Requirements
- Passion for social media marketing, startups, and B2B SaaS
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Ability to think analytically and creatively about growth
- Self-starter comfortable with autonomy and experimentation
- Must be familiar with or willing to quickly learn about the search fund space
- Experience with social media ads (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) is a strong plus
- Majors in marketing, business, communications, or related fields are helpful, but we care more about your ability and understanding of Grafo than your degree
